• Exchange API keys (encrypted; trade-only permissions)
• Strategy configurations, backtest results, and trade history
• Payment and billing details for subscriptions
• Support communications and feedback

We automatically collect:

• Device type, browser, IP address, and usage logs
• Session data and feature interaction analytics
• Error logs and performance metrics

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform
• Execute and monitor your deployed trading strategies
• Send account, security, and transactional notifications
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use exchange API keys for any purpose other than executing trades you authorize.

• Law enforcement when legally required

API keys are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use HTTPS for all data in transit and conduct regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure — report concerns to security@Vision Algo.com.

We retain account data while your account is active. Trade and backtest history may be kept for up to 7 years for regulatory and dispute resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account data subject to legal retention requirements.
